SuperPlate — For High Power
Liquid cooling
The most significant advantage of SuperPlate is the ability to separate the area where power is generated, usually limited, from the dissipation area. The system also avoids noise and vibration issues and can be used in dusty environments where forced air cooling is not feasible.
