PT Mix - Heat Sinks and Heat Pipes Reinforced with High Thermal Conductivity Materials

Aluminum Heat Sink Only Is Not Enough: Especially in technological sectors such as medicine, radiofrequency, military, railway and avionics, heat sinks made only from aluminum are not sufficient for the necessary heat distribution.

Heat Sinks Reinforced with High Thermal Conductivity Materials: In such cases, extruded aluminum heat sinks or brazing technology finned heat sinks, along with inserts made of materials with higher thermal conductivity such as copper or special elements such as "heat pipes" are used.

Heat Pipes: Heat pipes are basically used in two ways:

The more common use is as a heat spreader to spread heat from an intense heat source to a larger surface more quickly.

The other use is as a thermal bridge that carries heat from the source to an area where fin groups can be positioned and cooled by moving air.

Connection Systems: In these solutions, connection systems such as bonding or tin plating are often used.
